This is not easy to find locally; it provides a “change of pace” pasta shape, or gives a signature dish a way to further differentiate itself from the crowd. Quality seems high and consistent, and it was shipped safely and quickly. It’s “just pasta”, but earns 5 stars because there’s just nothing to improve.
