Celery seeds have a more intense flavor than celery flakes;  it’s warm, aromatic & slightly bitter being very similar to table celery. Ground celery seeds are excellent when added to scrambled eggs, omelets, soups, tomatoes, slaw, salad dressings, meatloaf, and pickling.
